Return/Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds unless there is an obvious problem with the product.
Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Due to hygienic reasons, inner items such as underwear, swimwear, and socks cannot be returned even if they are regular price items.
If there is a problem with the regular price item or if you receive a different item, please attach an image and contact us by email within 3 days, including the date of item arrival. Please contact us from the inquiry column (CONTACT column). Images cannot be attached to the inquiry field, so please send the image after receiving a reply from our shop. Returns without contact will not be refunded.
We will not be able to respond after the 3rd day.
For returns, please return the ordered product to our shop within 7 days including the arrival date after the ordered product arrives at the address specified by the customer (for post-mailed items, the date of posting is completed). After that, we will not accept or refund.
In order to prevent fraud , we will refund the amount after the returned package arrives at our store.
Since there are obvious frauds and harassment, such as claiming that the ordered item is not included and requesting a refund, all orders are recorded with images or recordings at the time of packing for submission to the police. We will firmly respond to fraudulent activities.
